Pandemi sonras\u0131 hibrit \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modellerinin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131, dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn h\u0131zlanmas\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n fiziksel, zihinsel ve sosyal sa\u011fl\u0131k beklentilerinin artmas\u0131, tesis y\u00f6netimini (FM) ve insan kaynaklar\u0131 (\u0130K) politikalar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden \u015fekillendirmi\u015ftir. \u00a0Pandemi sonras\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ofise d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f iste\u011fi, yaln\u0131zca i\u015f gerekliliklerinden de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda ofisin sundu\u011fu sosyal ve ergonomik avantajlardan etkilenmi\u015ftir. Tesis y\u00f6netimi (FM), bu ba\u011flamda, ofislerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan odakl\u0131 bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla d\u00fczenlenmesinde kritik bir rol oynamaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>FM, well-being y\u00f6netiminde hava kalitesi, ayd\u0131nlatma, akustik kontrol ve ergonomik mobilyalar gibi unsurlar\u0131 optimize ederek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n konforunu art\u0131r\u0131r. SE-FM\u2019in belirtti\u011fi gibi, hibrit d\u00fcnyada FM, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ofiste ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi zaman\u0131 daha de\u011ferli hale getirmek i\u00e7in sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ortam sunmal\u0131d\u0131r. D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (WHO) taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011fl\u0131k, yaln\u0131zca hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n olmamas\u0131 de\u011fil, fiziksel, zihinsel ve sosyal iyilik hali olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r. D\u00fcnya Ekonomik Forumu\u2019nun (WEF) 2022 raporuna g\u00f6re, zihinsel sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 k\u00fcresel ekonomiye y\u0131ll\u0131k 1 trilyon dolar kayba yol a\u00e7\u0131yor; bu kay\u0131plar\u0131n %35\u2019i i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc verimsizli\u011finden kaynaklan\u0131yor. K\u00fcresel \u00e7apta, Fortune 500 \u015firketlerinin %55\u2019i, 2022\u2019de well-being stratejilerini ESG (\u00c7evresel, Sosyal, Y\u00f6neti\u015fim) hedefleriyle entegre etti\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p><h3><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Deneyimi ve Well-being: \u0130statistiki Veriler ve Bulgular<\/strong><\/h3><p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hibrit \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n well-being\u2019ine y\u00f6nelik fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131rken, FM\u2019in bu alandaki uygulamalar\u0131 hen\u00fcz geli\u015fim a\u015famas\u0131ndad\u0131r.
